Lava Circle

We will ride in Þjórsárdalur. Þjórsárdalur is a beautiful and historically rich valley in South Iceland, located between Mount Búrfell and the Fjallabak region. It combines striking nature, history, and archaeological sites, with many attractions concentrated in a relatively small area.

We will visit:

  • Hjálparfoss - waterfall

  • Háifoss - One of Iceland’s highest waterfalls

  • Gjáin - green canyon filled with small waterfalls

  • Stöng - excavated remains of a farm destroyed by the 1104 eruption of Hekla

  • Cross a dam

  • And much much more
